My first project as a Junior, it will be to design a poster for the Folly Theater promoting the jazz concert of The Bad Plus. This band of three artist whom have seen jazz as an outlet to also promote the pop and modern culture. Their music is very contemporary it really breaks the boundaries from traditional jazz. Even the way they present themselves reflects a more contemporary and modern approach. I'm currently working with Kelsey and Brian finding the most background information so the poster has the right feeling and mood in portraying their music.
