The other day in critique, in groups we discussed the connotations that each color represented. I was paired with Janna and we were able to discard some in my palette that reflected things that didn't match up with my story. Even though on my final color palette the colors that will be shown will be the only ones that will be utilized in the final set of the icons. For instance I had green colors, that brought to mind the connotations of plants and earth, which is something that doesn't g with my story.
